Risk Of Rain 2 Is As Excellent As Everybody Says It Is (Review) -

This video is brought to you by Raycon True Wireless Earbuds to know more about them and also a special discount they offer through my channel if you play a really good roguelike it's like listening to your favorite band live if You know the lyrics and the melody, but you're there for the minor variations, the different key, or the surprising treble, or the bonus backup singers, or the cameo duet, you know the skeleton like the back of your hand, but it only works about how the band puts the meat on their bones I say this because Risk of Rain 2 feels more like music than a video game, it's so easy to play, so uninterrupted, so immediate, so fluid, so symphonic, so intricate, so fearless and so ethereal, being ready is like dropping the needle, there's no work to be done. Nothing needs to be pushed through here to get to the fun. It's a minute one and we're instantly hooked if you don't know the risk of rain. 2 is a 1 to 4 player roguelike co-op shooter wher

Rainbow Six Extraction really_ really blows (Review) Part 3

Mindlessly shoot until it's dead for five minutes, like I couldn't think of a more inopportune boss encounter for this video game than this one, so the final game mode is called Maelstrom and it will take you a while to get used to it, probably at least 12 plus hours depending on how well you play I had no idea what that was, but this game had shown me so little up to this point that I was secretly hoping this game mode would deliver something truly unique and worth playing when whether the rest could I was kind of lengthy leveling tutorial experience but the real game starts here. You know exactly how this story ends. So this game mode consists of nine missions in a row. Your average map is three missions in a row, and this mode is only nine missions in a row, that's it, this doesn't happen in a new location, there are no new maps, there are no new enemy types, there are no new objectives, there are no new modifiers, there is nothing new, it's just the same [ __ ]

Rainbow Six Extraction really_ really blows (Review) Part 2

with a beginning and an end and specific beats and standard moments, extraction is not like that. The easiest way to think of extraction is like a PvP game when you replace human opponents with really dumb zombie aliens, so there are four regions and each one has four maps and you basically just press the quick play button to go to to play. You can select individual maps if you wish, but most of the time you just blindly press the quickplay button, which will randomly drop you onto a random map. These maps aren't sequenced, structured, curated maps, they're basically just multiplayer maps full of indescribable ones , reusable areas that can be used on any random objective you randomly get and that's no exaggeration, ok sometimes you load into a map and you click on five things that are very close to your spawn point, and then go to the exit which is the mission. It's over in less than 15 seconds. You spend more time preparing your character before D deploy and then wai

This video is brought to you by surfsharkvpn. Stay till the end of the video for a special offer they are making available this week via my channel on this review and rather than trying to paraphrase an argument he made perfectly, I'm just going to play his words and hope that the escapist not copied this video reel worse than bad much worse the only reason we play games or experience any kind of art is to feel something and even despise and disgust our feelings that the worst thing a game can do , is to evoke no emotion at all Rainbow Six Extraction is the absolute epitome of what Yahtzee is describing here because I can't think of a game I've played in years as in actual years that has evoked less in me. I feel dead inside when I play this, this game kind of came along with an ice cream scoop and exhausted every part of my brain reserved for thinking or feeling or anything. This game is like an industrial awesome Xanax that really shuts down your brain it's just so [

It's a lot of fun, but it's characterized by a slow start and final hours that lose momentum as the campaign draws to a close. Quote while I [ __ ] loved it I gave it a rare one I made one of these but I think this one really deserves it it's out on Steam Xbox and Game Pass right now. Try it. I really don't think you'll be disappointed sports game which looks a lot like extreme pong, it scores at a strong 78 even by open critics, it does better on steam too where it's at around 90 percent, mostly positive it is too available in Game Pass and if you thought we were getting into a rhythm here then don't worry the next one will hit a very different Rainbow 6 excerpt that arrived on all platforms this week including a release of the Game passes at around seven out of ten across the board t This is a very consistent score by the way, with everyone agreeing that the basics are there because we already had those basics in the siege, but what the extraction adds on

New Blizzard IP _ new Star Wars games and Pokemon Legends_ Arceus _ This Week Part 2

is indeed a Star Wars first person shooter. I agree. I mean there have been some great Star Wars first person shooters like Republic Commando and Dark Forces but you already have a first person shooter focus studio that can do this. They're called Dice and you have exactly one studio that makes Titan 4 3 and they are called Respawn, we couldn't have come up with a different resource allocation here, this is a disappointment for battlefront fans hoping for a sequel to this series and a disappointment for titanfall fans hoping that ea will do something with a of the greatest shooter franchises of all time would begin. the third star wars project isn't exactly a respawn project This team is making a new star wars strategy game that could probably be something like star wars xcom given the experience of the developers. It could be pretty cool that they take the developer lead on development of it while Respawn oversees the project as producer, so the future of the Star Wars fr

This video is brought to you by a friend of the Squarespace channel. Stay close to learn more about them as well as a special offer they are making available through my channel. I'm late because the world-shaking purchase of Activision Blizzard was such huge news that I dedicated an entire video to it earlier this week. So if you missed this video find the link in the description below, this news was so big you could be forgiven for thinking that nothing else happened in the video game industry this week, but that's not the case. Lots of things happened like did you know Italian politicians accidentally aired Final Fantasy Vii Hentai? Straight to the news, as Activision Blizzard sucks up the headlines, you must be wondering how Bethesda feels just a week ago there with a crown jewel in Microsoft's acquisition CA Talogue and now Uncle feels like I'm not playing with you anymore wants, but todd remains undeterred and this week we got the tiniest sliver of starfield news

Outriders_ Worldslayer - Review - Part 2

Soloing this campaign because Outriders are inherently very hostile to solo play, whether you're playing alone or in a group, most raiders give you the option of either playing from behind cover or the option of a full frontal attack Starting out that they've set up on the battlefield with enemies essentially holding their positions, allowing you to dictate how you want to attack them on horseback doesn't give you the same choice when playing solo as most enemies do They will encounter you, run towards you in a straight line and will knock you out scopes will knock you over, we will knock you over etc. There are snipers who will stay on you and will knock you out of cover once you stick your head out, they will Raining down artillery to flush you out and because there's no one else in your party every single enemy is out for you ed and only on you leads to ridiculous situations like this one in mission 3 where i just get bored out by enemies charging at me th when i sp

Outriders_ Worldslayer - Review - Part 1

Outriders remember the one thing, alright I'll blow your mind, you're ready, Outriders came out last year Yes, Outriders released on April 1st last year and it wasn't a great start for a lot of reasons. Outriders was an ambitious always-online looter shooter that only had a short promo beta Fix all the troubles in Nutella's oldest days, the shiny new online multiplayer game that came with a plethora of bugs both on the network and in the Gameplay started hours of work with no way of getting it back until the developer patched it weeks later so stuff like this really took the wind out of Outrider sales but like I said when reviewing it on Riders last year got it's a solid enjo yable game if you fancy the power imagination and smart building, delivers in spades very few looters gave you so much meaningful building craft so early on and this part of the game just dug in, as you got further into the endgame, where legendary weapons and armor would allow you to create s

I recommend_ Stray (Review) - Part 2

Gambar
I've already talked about how much Stray excels in its narrative, its core gameplay, and the variety of gameplay scenarios it throws at you, but I'd be remiss if I didn't talk a little about those environments when we saw this for the first time We all collectively refer to this as a cyberpunk world, but that's definitely not the right description. Cyberpunk is sort of a snapshot of a society on its death row, where technology and late capitalism have glorified every aspect of life and now everything feels like it's on The Brink of Collapse Stray is set in the post-cyberpunk period, in which the collapse is complete and the machines have now inherited what we left behind. It makes it feel colder and sterile, but also more beautiful because the world can be viewed through the prism of hope rather than stray through a lens of doomed inevitability is a mix of different places, from sewers to subways, from factories to prison yards, from city centers to hidden oases, t
